1. These terms
These terms govern your use of the Inerture website at inerture.com (the Site), operated by Inerture (ABN 35 110 646 360), a partnership (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site is informational
The Site is an informational and waitlist page. It does not provide access to the Inerture applications. Access to those applications is invite-only and governed by separate terms provided to you when you are invited to the alpha programme. Nothing on the Site is engineering advice or a substitute for professional judgement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any unlawful way;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers it relies on;
- scrape, harvest, or copy content or contact details from the Site without our written permission; or
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
4. Our content
The Site and its content (text, design, logos, images, and code) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for your own use, but must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.
5. Waitlist
If you submit your email to our waitlist, you consent to us contacting you about the Inerture alpha programme. We will use your email only for that purpose unless you separately opt in to marketing. You can be removed at any time by emailing contact@inerture.com. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
6. Liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, and our liability arising from your use of the Site is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to re-supplying the relevant service.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The current version will always be at this URL, and changes take effect when posted.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
